Yin Yoga

At Yoganika, our yin yoga classes are designed for people who are elderly, or who have health complications, for example, those who are overweight, injured or unable to participate in a more athletic yoga class. Yin yoga is amazing for promoting relaxation, reducing depression, and will help calm you down and sleep better at night. If you feel like your joints or body can’t take it when you do regular yoga or exercise, or your heart speeds up too much, or maybe your life has a lot of stress, this is the class you want to come to.
